Dr. Sherell Wilson is a respected educational leader and accomplished scholar. She has had the privilege of dedicating her career to fostering transformational leadership in education and spearheading initiatives to enhance student retention rates.

With over 25 years of experience across a spectrum of roles, including special education teacher, K-12 and college administrator, statewide nonprofit director, and university professor, Dr. Wilson’s journey has been defined by a commitment to enhancing student outcomes. She has leveraged her expertise in strategic planning and execution, professional development, leadership cultivation, grant administration, and program management to drive meaningful change in education.

Beyond traditional administrative roles, Dr. Wilson has sought to push boundaries and make a lasting impact through research, speaking engagements, and thought leadership.
