Dr. Sherell Wilson brings more than 25 years of experience across K–12 education, higher education, and nonprofit organizations. She holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration. She currently teaches doctoral students in leadership and innovation and mentors doctoral candidates throughout the dissertation process.
She partners with education leaders and organizations to strengthen student success systems, build institutional capacity, and translate strategy into measurable results. Her expertise spans strategic planning, leadership development, institutional effectiveness, program design and evaluation, and initiatives that improve persistence and completion—particularly for first-generation students and those facing systemic barriers.
