COOKIES POLICY

This Cookies Policy provides information about our use of cookies and plug-ins in connection with your use of and interaction with our Site. Some of the User Information is collected on the Site through the use of cookies and/or Web Beacons.

"Cookies" are small data file identifiers that are transferred to your computer or mobile web browser that allow us, and third parties with whom we partner, to recognize your browser or mobile device and transfer information about you and your use of our Site. Cookies were designed to be a reliable mechanism for websites to remember certain information (such as items added in a shopping cart) or to record a user’s browsing activity (including clicking particular buttons, logging in, or recording which pages were visited in the past). Cookies are intended to help you access a site faster and more efficiently because they can store information to help you enter a website without having to log in. In effect, cookies tell the website that your browser has been to the site before. It does not need to know your exact identity. Cookies can also be used to remember arbitrary pieces of information that the user previously entered into form fields such as names, addresses, passwords, and credit card numbers.

Browsers may accept or reject Cookies automatically but allow you to change these settings. The help menu on most browsers will tell you how to change your browser’s settings and how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, and how to disable cookies all together. You can also disable or delete cookies you have previously accepted if you wish to.

Like many other websites, we also use cookies on our Site. Different cookies have different purposes but also different lifespans. The lifespan of a cookie determines how long a cookie will remain on your computer before it deletes itself.

We use cookies to make navigation easier and to analyze usage of our Site (including, your preferences). You do have the right to opt-out and to object against the further use of any cookies. However, if you do so, please keep in mind that our Site may no longer work properly for you.

By using the Site, you agree that we may install the following cookies:

We (and third parties with whom we partner) may also deliver a file known as a web beacon, pixel, or pixel tag ("Web Beacons") to you through our Site or Services. Web Beacons are small, invisible graphic images that may be used on a website interface or in emails relating to services to collect certain information and monitor user activity on the website interface, such as to count visits, access cookies, understand usage effectiveness and to determine if an email has been opened and acted upon.

"Pixels" or "Pixel Tags" also known as clear GIFs, beacons, spotlight, tags, or web bugs, are a method for passing information from the user's computer to a third-party website.

Web Beacons allow ad networks, marketing partners and other service providers that we use to provide anonymized, aggregated auditing, research and reporting for us, for advertisers and our other partners. Web Beacons also enable ad networks and other partners to track your behavior for their own analysis and use, and to serve targeted advertisements to you when you visit other websites or platforms. These Web Beacons enable third party companies to view, edit, or set their own cookies when you visit the Services, just as if you had visited a web page from their site.

DATA RETENTION

Your personal information is only processed for as long as needed to achieve the purposes which are described above or up until such time where you withdraw your consent for processing it, unless we or any other third party have an overriding interest in keeping your personal information identifiable or when there is a legal or regulatory obligation or a judicial or administrative order that prevents us from de-identifying your personal information.

BUSINESS TRANSFERS

We may sell, transfer, or otherwise share some or all of our assets, including your personal information, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets or in the event of bankruptcy.

DATA STORAGE

We use Squarespace’s and Thinkific’s servers to safely store your information. The data centers where we store your information are located in the United States. Please keep in mind that the data protection and privacy laws of the United States may not be as comprehensive as the laws in your country. For example, personal data transferred to the United States may be subject to lawful access requests by federal and state authorities in the United States. By providing your personal information, you consent to any transfer of your data and processing in accordance with this Cookies & Privacy Policy.

SECURITY

The security of your information is very important to us. We and our partners (Squarespace, Thinkific, and Mailchimp), maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards that are intended to appropriately protect against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, unauthorized alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, misuse and any other unlawful form of processing, of the personal information in our possession. We and those partners employ security measures such as using firewalls to protect against intruders, building redundancies throughout our network (so that if one server goes down, another can cover for it) and testing for and protecting against network vulnerabilities. Moreover, Thinkific processes payments exclusively through PCI DSS Level 1 payment providers, which is the highest level of compliance available.

Please be aware, however, that despite our efforts, no security measures are impenetrable. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Thus, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure and do not warrant the security of any information you transmit to us.

When you use your login credentials on our Site, you are solely responsible for keeping them confidential. Do not share them with anyone. If you believe your password has been misused, please contact us immediately. You are also responsible for the security of your personal devices and for making sure they are protected against unauthorized access.

DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS

We currently do not participate in any "Do Not Track" frameworks that would allow us to respond to signals or other mechanisms from you regarding the collection of your information. We may engage third parties, such as marketing or analytics partners, who may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our website.

MINORS

Our Services are not intended for children, and we do not target our Services to minors. If you are a minor, please do not register to use the Services and do not give us any information about yourself.
